Text Message Opt-In
Brag Coatings and Laser Engraving sends text messages only to customers who agree to receive them first. Texts are about your quote, project updates, appointment and pickup reminders, and customer support.
How you opt in
- Website form: Enter your phone number on our contact form at https://www.bragcoatings.com/#contact and check the box agreeing to receive texts. The box is unchecked by default and optional.
- In-store work form: When you drop off or pick up an item, our work form has a text-message consent line with a checkbox, your phone number, and your signature. We send no texts until the box is checked.
- Phone call: If you call (816) 408-0675, we ask if you'd like text updates. If you say yes, we log your name, number, date, and your verbal consent before sending any text.
Before the first text
No text is sent until consent is recorded. Your first text confirms your enrollment and explains how to opt out.
