These terms cover Brag Coatings and Laser Engraving's website and customer text messages.

SMS Terms: Brag Coatings and Laser Engraving Customer Text Messages

1. Program description. When you opt in, Brag Coatings and Laser Engraving will send you text messages about your Cerakote and laser engraving quote requests and orders, including quote follow-ups, project status updates, appointment and pickup reminders, and replies to your customer service questions.
2. How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, or by telling us verbally (in person at our shop or on a phone call) that you agree to receive text messages at the number you give us. See https://www.bragcoatings.com/sms-opt-in.
3. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that texted you. After you send "STOP", we will send one text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time and we will start sending you texts again.
4. Help. If you have trouble with our messaging program, reply "HELP" for help, or contact us directly at info@bragcoatings.com or (816)408-0675.
5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send you and any you send us. Message frequency varies depending on your project and requests. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
